Yes similiar problem with Ml W164 280 cdi 2006 model Dealer gave me a quote $8500 for replacing whole turbo but code come to Boost pressure regulator-actuator small electronic black box on the turbo. I bought second hand ,put in my car, send broken one to Germany for fix it cost me 220 Euro including delivery change exhaurst back sensor another

Feb 14, 2011. #5. Hi had a similar fault with my ML320 CDI 2006 a few weeks ago, its a common fault around the 50000 mile mark on the 7 g tronic box. Mine needed new valve body £1300 plus vat plus fitting total around £2000, thankfully mine was under warranty too.. If the tech that fits the parts and does the software readaptation is good
