Full-automatic=One trigger pull (and hold) releases bullets as fast as the gun can fire. The first is "relatively" easy to get, and while it may require a little more work, I think the distinction is almost academic between that and a full-auto (a machine gun). And there are many sites that advertise how to convert a semi to full auto too
